Section 1 - Questions about Sign Up ( or Subscription)

1)    You have signed up, but when you try to Login, you are told that you are “Blocked” – what do you do?

A:  if you are told you are ‘blocked’, then the Sign Up process was not completed.  This usually happens because actions described in the e-mail that was sent to your e-mail account were not completed.

Please check you e-mail Inbox for an e-mail from mediclim@mediclim.com with instructions to click on a link to confirm your sign up.

If you do not find that e-mail from us there, please see the following question.

2)  You cannot find or did not get the e-mail that was sent to you to finish the Sign Up process. What do you do?

A:  Most of our subscribers have no problem receiving the e-mail.  However, we are aware that some persons do not readily see the e-mail in their Inbox. There are two reasons why this may have happened.

First, please check your SPAM or Junk folders for an e-mail from Mediclim@Mediclim.com.  If it is there, Click on the “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” button.

If our e-mail is not in your Spam or Junk folder, we suggest you carry out the following steps in the order shown (you may want to print these steps):

  1. Add mediclim@mediclim.com to you e-mail list of contacts.
  2. Then send an e-mail to Mediclim@mediclim.com, with the subject line  “Reset the Sign Up”.  There is no need for anything to be within the message.
  3. Wait 5 minutes, then go to the mediclim.com homepage, click on “What’s my Username or Password”.
  4. Enter your e-mail in the box which will appear on your screen
  5. Click on Submit
  6. You will be sent an e-mail with a ‘one-time’ link to our web pages.  Go to your mail, locate the message and click on the link which is in that e-mail.
  7. A web page on our site will open for you.  Now you will have to confirm or reset your password, since your original password will have been deleted.  To do so, Click on the “Manage my Account” button found at the top of the yellow bar on the right.  A page will open which has boxes for you to enter any password you wish. Fill  these in and ‘Submit’ (found at the very, very bottom of the page).

3) You've filled out the Sign-up form and submitted it, but nothing happened - what should you do?

A:  There are several possible reasons for this, so you can check a few things:

  1. First, please always check your e-mail – your account may still have been set up and the e-mail delivered, but you were never presented with our response because of a problem with Internet communications.
  2. If you do not have any e-mail message, then please try completing the form a second time – regrettably, it seems your original message was never received by us.

4) What do you get if you subscribe to MediClim.co.uk?

A: Subscribing to MediClim.co.uk gives you access to the MediClim community via the website.  This includes participating in discussion forums provided for subscribers like you who have interests in weather and health issues, and to see how the weather has influenced health in your community.

5) How do you unsubscribe from MediClim.com?

A: You control what e-mails you are sent by selecting  (Check mark) the ailments on the “Health Information” section of the “Manage my Account” web page.  If you do not select any ailment, then you will no longer receive any e-mails (but still have access to the website).  Log in to MediClim.com, go to “Manage my Account”, click on “Health Information”, un-check all the ailments  and Submit.
